The objective of this site is to provide helpful advice
through tips, articles, books and links to external resources that will
enable young executives make the right choices in both their personal
lives and careers.
Yasmin
D'Souza is the Registrar of a professional training college in
the UK. Born in India, she studied at Sophia College in Mumbai. She sailed
with her husband for a number of years and lived in Iran for 5 years before
settling in London. She is one of the founding members of the Aloysian
Group. This organization sponsors the education of Indian students from
low-income families.
Amitabh
Singh presently works for a non-profit organization based in USA. He has done his MBA in Human Resource Management
from IISWBM and Strategic Management and Financial Model Building from
Xavier Labour Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India. Amitabh also has an
Advanced Business Award from the University of Cambridge, UK and for a
number years has served as a visiting faculty at St. Xavier's College
(Department of Commerce), Calcutta and for the University Grant Commission
at Academic Staff College (University of Calcutta).
He is a qualified Myers and Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator
who for a number of years has conducted training programs for clients
like World Bank, UNDP and various other companies in USA, Australia and
India. He is also an author of 13 books, nine of which are part of Value
Education Series textbooks for schools in India.
